1.I.T.S. Electric Hoist: Easy to take apart and easy to install.

2.Support frame: One-piece design for the I.T.S. hoist appearance.  It constructed of one FC25 cast iron gearboxes instead of two plates of steel, more beautiful and rugged design.

3.Motor Case: The aluminum alloy motor case is light in weight and provides good heat dissipation. The integral enclosed structure is applicable to the places such as chemical plant and electroplate factory.

4.Motor Brake: Motor winding with class F insulation and thermal protection. The magnetic brake automatically cuts in when power supply is interrupted.

5.Mechanical Brake: Together with motor brake, provides dual braking system to assure operating safety. The brake material is long life asbestos free.

6.SNCM21 Alloy Steel Gears: The material is strength and toughness, and it improves the corrosion resistance and resistance to oxidation of the steel gear.

7.Negative Phase Detector: Motor will not run if power supply is wrongly wired.

8.24V/48V Transformer: The device is used to prevent injury in the event of current leakage from push-button controller.

9.Limit Switches: Limit switches limit vertical travel to prevent chain jamming or detachment and to assure safety

10.Electromagnetic contactor: We use TECO brand contactor which is low failure can be frequently used safely.

11.Chain: Japanese-made FEC 80 super alloy steel, heat-treated chain is suitable for applications in harsh operating environments.

12. Hooks: Hot forged excellent strength and toughness. Bottom hook swivels through 360 degrees. Safety catches on top and bottom hooks.
